Welcome to the Official Website for the Shanahan Green Heart Community Initiative

 

This is the site for the Shanahan Carbon Cutters, a Green Heart Community Initiative in Boulder, Colorado. We are part of the National Demonstration Pilot for this exciting program to bring a community together to address climate change in a practical and measurable program. Shanahan Neighbors for Climate Action is a neighborhood group committed to changing the world, one step and one household at a time.

 

Small groups can and do make a huge difference! Our over-arching goals are to reduce our carbon dioxide emissions by 25% — enough to meet the obligations of the Kyoto Protocol — and to lead by example.

 

The spirit is contagious.
